Currently, it is required that the project must be within an organization for BigQuery Lens to work, however, some customers have standalone projects that may have majority of their BQ spend that they cannot move to the organization.
The customer has about 70-75 team members that are using sandbox, and it's a pain to maintain this list and grant permissions in the CMP UI, with no api or any other solution.
