Support for cost anomaly suppressions

It would be nice to be able to add suppressions/exclusions to the cost anomaly detection. Currently the only modifications supported by the report is:
a) disable the reports per-user
b) modify the severity threshold

an example suppression:
AutoStop WorkSpaces are started automatically once a month in order to install important updates. This in turn causes a cost anomaly detection every month. There is currently no way to suppress this.
