Make anomaly notifications per project owner
Feature Request:
Currently anomaly notification arrives to all CMP users who have anomaly notification turned on. I'd like there will be a way to define owner(s) for each GCP project and that anomalies and other notifications related to that project will be distributed to the owner(s) only
