User was trying to explain an issue he was having in a ticket. He wanted to give more context to his issue, and provide screenshots. The screenshots appeared as attachments, instead of appearing in-line (with the message itself, like in Gmail). This can present a problem when there are multiple screenshots involved — it might not be clear which screenshot applies to which part of the ticket.
Feature Request:
Next to the "Attach" icon, include another icon which allows the user to insert an image directly into their message itself. Having images appear in-line would give more context in cases where multiple screenshots involved.
