Hi CMP team,
Apologies for the cheeky title. I believe that search widget in [1] is too laborious to use in it's current form.
It requires 3(!) mouse clicks and going between mouse to keyboard twice(!) to do just a single search. I'd rather just type a name or part thereof and have the results I need.
If that doesn't sounds serious, try locating 10 account managers by name and see what I mean.

Hopefully you can change to work more of a Google style - "just type and I'll find you the answer"
