Moonactive had a report in which subscriptions and topics are labeled. Subscriptions have label 'subscription' and label 'topic', and topics have label 'topic'. In the grid-based CMP report in which 'subscription' is grouped after 'topic', some rows show a value for 'topic' but not subscription, because the cost belonged only to a topic. However, in this row, the 'subscription' column showed '[Label N/A]' so that the customer thought that this represents a subscription with no label. In fact, this cell should have been blank because the charge is for a topic, not for a subscription. (Rows with costs that came from a subscription correctly had a value in both the' topic' and 'subscription' columns.)
