While discussing with an FP&A manager, we went over the last month Flex-RI utilization, and tried to understand what was the # of "wasted" instances compare to the "committed" ones.
They asked to generate a report of "Actual vs planned" flex-ri in order to showback to Operations and analyze what instances type / regions were "wasted"
