When raising a GCP ticket on behalf of us, it'd be great if we could see the communication between DoIT and GCP in the support ticket (all in one place).
Currently the process would be to CC the AT developer on the GCP ticket, but then it breaks the conversation between two threads.
It'd be really useful to see GCP ticket content actively proxied into the DoIT ticket. Particularly for people coming in after the fact, or for others not CC'd on the GCP ticket.
I wonder if you'd be able to CC a email@example.com on the GCP ticket and have it proxy in based on that?
