There are two situations where we need to update tooltips:
- When you hover over the envelope icon inside a report that isn't yours. Currently, it just says "Schedule Email Delivery" but doesn't explain why they can't click on it. [Screenshot attached]
- When you hover over the blue envelope icon inside a report that isn't yours, AND that report has a scheduled email delivery set by the report owner. [Screenshot attached]
For the first situation, I'd like the tooltip to say "Must be Owner of report to schedule email delivery" or "Must be Owner of report to schedule"
For the second situation, I'd like the tooltip to say "Subscribe to Scheduled Email Delivery" or "Subscribe" as it is on the main Cloud Analytics page.
